Stepped in a puddle today. I can see the universe in the pavement below, a host of galaxy's at my feet and in the reflections, a tree and sky and tarmac itself magnified by the water.
and in the ripples I hear a childhood rhyme, Dr Forster (of Gloucester) jumping in puddles up to his miggle. I'm 4 years old again.
All in a puddle.
Oggi sono entrato in una pozzanghera. Riesco a vedere l'universo nel pavimento sottostante, una schiera di galassie ai miei piedi e nei riflessi, un albero, il cielo e l'asfalto stesso ingranditi dall'acqua.
e tra le increspature sento una filastrocca infantile, il dottor Forster (di Gloucester) che salta nelle pozzanghere fino alle sue zampe. Ho di nuovo 4 anni.
